Custom items are produced exactly as previewed and confirmed at checkout. By placing an order you confirm you own the rights to the photos you upload. We ship worldwide; delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, except where a delivery-date promise is explicitly stated.

Because every piece is personalized, custom items are non-returnable. If something goes wrong — damage in transit, a mismatch with your confirmed preview, or a lost parcel — it is resolved under our Returns & Redos policy: free redo, reship, or compensation.
